Widow Brown's Cafe is located at 128 Federal Rd. Danbury, CT in the middle of the MIRACLE MILE. Established in 1977, Widow Brown's menu caters to a large diverse clientele from families and senior citizens, to businessmen and young singles.
Widow's is a great place if you are looking to relax and have a casual bite to eat. The atmosphere is informal, has a rustic look and the food is very good and inexpensive.
Our menu consist of appetizers including Buffalo wings, nacho's, pick"n"chicken and much more. Our large burgers are considered some of the best in the Danbury area.
Our specialty sandwiches include: Philadelphia cheese steak, reubens, crabby hayes and grilled chicken breast.
Entrees include: New York strip steak, chicken teriyaki, baby back ribs and shrimp scampi. Each entree includes a starch and vegetable for a complete dinner. We also have blackboard specials that change daily. All desserts and soups are made on premises.
For the vegetarian customers, we have ploughmans platter which consists of fresh vegetables, cheese and fruit, a vegetable burger as well as salads with fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives.
